Rentals:
Discussion on keys and key box for rentals
No rentals at this time
Maintenance:
Minor club maintenance due to weather
Looking for volunteers to help
Discussion on youth groups and service hours
Shooting Range:
Lynn and Randy installed netting between rifle stations for safety
Range looks good
Reminder that all members must sign in
Hunter Safety:
Club rifles have safety switches that need backwards
-No action required / good learning tool for students
Sporting Clays:
Trap 8 has melting wires / needs repair or replacement
Possibility of a winter shoot
Discussion on rebuilding motor for thrower
Membership:
Approximately 468 members
Non Members using range considered to be trespass
2026 memberships coming in
Grants:
Grant paperwork submitted to DNR for improvements
Club awarded DNR Grant for Privy and ADA upgrades
Need help from members with concrete experience
Discussion on timelines and permits
Public Relations:
Work group formed to discuss future plans
Survey forthcoming to members regarding club expectations
Mike Koch sending Mirror Lake pier info to media
Fisharee:
Tickets printed and posters ready
Includes gun raffle / Mossberg Patriot 270

New Business:
Received donation from Wisconsin Gun Collectors
Club made $300 donation to Wisconsin Wildlife Federation
-Annual Banquet January 31 / tickets purchased
Tax Bill paid with $40 increase
$300 donation to Deer Dumpster Drop Off
$300 donation to Beyond Blessed Food Pantry
Renewed membership to Sauk County Alliance
Tom Parrish brought up fundraising
